Laptop computer developer and manufacturer Lenovo has set up a central operation hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to enhance its regional operational efficiency and customer services.

“Malaysia is the best location for the operation hub because it is close to Lenovo’s regional headquarters in Singapore, and has a large pool of skilled talents along with strong growth potential in the market,”

its Asia Pacific president and group senior vice-president, David Miller said.

“This latest Lenovo centre will provide the company with economies of scale as well as increase Lenovo’s operational efficiency and cost effectiveness,”
